As a holistic health coach, I believe in wellness as a reference to the connection of all areas of one’s life. As each individual juggles a unique set of work-life stressors, family life, emotional pressures, and physical needs, I work exclusively with you to see how all the parts of YOUR life are affecting your health in its entirety.
We’ll consider work stress, relationships, lack of sleep, low energy, exercise, and diet to formulate the best approach in reaching your health, weight, lifestyle, and fitness goals. I believe in lasting change, so if you’re looking for a quick-fix, magic pill, or just a meal plan to follow, this might not be the most suitable option for you.
