About Me

Meet The Goodness Hunter, Chenaye Gibson

We’ve all been given the opportunity to live our best, healthiest, most vibrant lives and with the correct tools, practices, and lifestyle in place, we can all THRIVE and live to our fullest potential.

Having suffered immensely with an unhealthy gut, hormonal imbalances, and major skin issues, I found a completely new life in the freedom of being healthy, feeling great and having overcome these obstacles. It is my passion and desire to see you overcome your own obstacles and live a life of freedom and happiness in your own body.

Working onboard some of the world’s most exclusive luxury private and charter yachts, I have worked with world-class chefs traveling across the globe, designing healthy meal plans for an elite group of high-end health-conscious individuals, celebrities and their families.  My responsibilities included working with leading nutritionists in complying with clients nutritional needs onboard, staying abreast of the latest nutritional research, trends, and diet programs.

With meticulous attention to dietary details, broad holistic culinary knowledge, and proven results, I continue to implement these best practices as a foundation of The Goodness Hunter.

Chenaye is a qualified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition based in New York City, wellness expert and blogger.

The institution is the only nutrition school globally that integrates various dietary theories as well as focusing on holistic well-being as opposed to diet only.

After traveling globally and exploring cross-cultural wellness approaches for the past 6 years, Chenaye currently practices from her home base in Cape Town.

Soon she will be broadening her holistic qualifications as coach and mentor in Bali, practicing as a wholefoods chef, hosting intimate workshops, and extending the nourishment journey through body, mind and soul.
